Rotating Wave Solder Fixtures are Angle Adjustable for working with boards with challenging layouts of different types of connectors laid out at angles up to 90% on adjacent sides of the board. Many complex PCB's can prove problematic when deciding the correct orientation to pass the board over the wave. There are usually only two options available regarding direction possibilities. However, in some circumstances, improved solder ability can be achieved by passing the PCB over the wave at an acute angle.
For this case we can manufacture a Rotating Wave Solder fixture which allows the board to be rotated to any angle from 0º to 90º so that the leads contact undisturbed wave solder. Once the correct angle has been determined we can then manufacture conventional fixtures with the board at the optimum angle, thus eliminating bridging and skipping defects, as well as reducing the need for any hand soldering operations.
